It is a little slow now what with taxes, the wife is on Jury Duty and my spare time is now in the  garden, but I do hope to be buying a pair of pork bellies Saturday a week as well as a pair of loins, so there will be something on fabrication, bacon making and smoking coming up in the near future.

I will get some photos of what is growing in the basement this weekend.

Odd coincidence. I'm an Electrical Engineer by profession and very involved in my professional society IEEE . Last night I was giving a tutorial on Closed Captioning, which if you are a NY PE is good for 0.1 CEU. This AM I found out one of the people I was lecturing I know from a BB, the John Sandford listed in my links. By the way if you like Police Procedurals involving serial killers, Sandford's Lucas Davenport series is getting close to 20 volumes and is very good. Start with Rules of Prey, the first. And Lawrence Block has the next volume of his HitMan series due out in June.
