Six Word Memoir
A challange from The Yummy Mummy to either write a six word memoir or make hot dog. I've already made the hot dogs, so: Ham aging, Pork smoking, bourbon cold.
Now the second part of this is to challange six other, but I'm going to do as Yummy did and if the six word memoir interests you post it on your blog with a link back to this post and a comment here with a link to yours (and if you don't have a blog, just post it here) or make the hot dogs you will find on The Yummy Mummy.

Thanks for all the great advice and this recipe! I'm reticent to use the bacon we just made for hotdogs, but we're going to give this a try, hell the cholesterol is running low (hoping)!

The advantage of using the bacon you just made is you know exactly what is in it. You aren't buying salt water at the price of bacon.
