More Meet the Meat

We will get back to the 'Re-arrange the Kitchen Cabinets' which has now moved into a second room.

But first.

I may as well admit it, it was just sitting in the rack on Thursday when I went to get a pork loin, marked down $2/lb.

A nice 3 rib roast.

I couldn't help but bring it home.

Nice marbling as well.

But, that isn't going to end up as a roast, I've plans.


And what is good once, is good a half dozen times.


Three bone in, three boneless steaks. Although what I'm planning on grilling Friday, Weekly menu will probably be a fresh Costco T-bone.



These got 'food-saver-ed' and frozen.
