And that is what to do on a cold winter afternoon.

I'm not gone, it is simply that I have been doing the same thing over and over.

Cutting up fresh shoulder for sausage, making and canning stock. Making bread such as the Sunday AM entry here

My wife's blog.

I've two fresh hams being cured in the refrigerator, I'll post on those when I hang them.

Then there is a years supply of dry cured sausage.
