Mostly this blog is about Charcuterie (yes I know the domain is misspelled, some body already had that spelling), but I will touch on other things as well.
Much of my work with food is for use in my wife's cooking, her blog can be found by clicking on the title of this one.

The high point, other than the last adjournment, is the Chair's Dinner, where the Secreatriat, CEA in this case, invites us to a dinner. Shazia always has the hotel put out a good spread.

Many many trips to St. Louis and still think it's a sight to behold. I can't believe it hasn't tipped over yet.
