Mostly this blog is about Charcuterie (yes I know the domain is misspelled, some body already had that spelling), but I will touch on other things as well.
Much of my work with food is for use in my wife's cooking, her blog can be found by clicking on the title of this one.

I plan on returning in September with notes on chicken stock, both the preperation and the canning. We are running low. I doubt there are more than 5 or 6 gallons in the house.

I also have to do a Killer Chocolate Cake on the 16th, so that may be first.
Work is over and except for some light housekeeping and phone calls I don't plan on much for the next couple of weeks, time to unwind.
